What is CHD Warrior?
To be short, we like to consider ourselves your #1 shop for CHD Awareness gear. At CHD Warrior, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We firmly believe that the better look and feel to a tee means it will be worn more often - and our aim is to provide you the best products that can be worn time and time again.
I heard that 10% of net proceeds are donated to a nonprofit organization that supports CHD?
You heard correctly! Each year, we take 10% of the net proceeds from all sales and use them to support a non-profit organization that helps promote CHD awareness and research. For 2019, we have chosen to support Intermountain Healing Hearts, a nonprofit focused on providing support for families of children and adults with congenital heart defects and childhood onset heart disease in Utah and the Intermountain West. Is it really free shipping anywhere in the United States?
Yes! No promotional code necessary – just add your items to the cart as you normally would, and the free shipping code will be automatically applied at checkout. How awesome is that? No minimum purchase necessary!
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries in the world, however there is an $8.00 flat rate shipping charge per order, and you may be subject to additional customs or import tax fees that are beyond our control. Please allow additional time for the items to arrive, as most of our items ship from within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my items after I place my order?
We use several printers who average roughly 3 days to receive, print, and ship out our orders. Once your items ship, they normally arrive within 1-2 weeks if being shipped within the United States. Some of our products ship from the UK, and usually take 2-3 weeks on average being shipped to somewhere in the US. If you're getting worried about your item not arriving, you can always ask us and we'd be happy to check into it for you!
I only received part of my order. Where's the rest of it?
Depending on the items you ordered, your order may be coming from different locations. Some of our items are printed in California, for example, while others may be printed in Florida, or the United Kingdom. Please allow sufficient time for all your items to arrive. If you are getting worried, feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to help you out!
I'm organizing a Heart Walk. Do you offer discounts for bulk T-Shirt orders?
Yes! Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details on the exact shirt, sizes, and quantity, and we can get you a custom quote! We also offer bulk orders on decals.
What if I get my order, and it doesn’t fit?
Well now, that's not good! Of course, we strongly suggest verifying the sizing before you order - some of our items run small (these are noted in the product descriptions), and some are unisex, etc. That being said, we understand how frustrating that can be to wait for your new favorite shirt, only to find that it doesn't fit. If that happens, now worries! Just contact us at email@example.com within a week of receiving your order so we can help you set up an exchange! We’ll provide you with the return shipping address, and once we receive your item, we’ll ship out a new one at no extra charge to you.
