Returns and Exchanges
We don't want to make returns and exchanges a hassle. If we messed up on your order - tell us. We'll make it right. If you ordered the wrong size - ship it back to us. We'll send you the correct size. We're pretty easy to work with.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must initiate the request within 30 days of the day you received your order, and send the items back to us in the condition you received them. We'll then notify you once we receive it and take care of it from there.
Cancellation of Items cannot be guaranteed. As soon as you place your order, you generally have up to 24 hours before the order goes into production, during which time cancellations may be requested. If you would like help canceling an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
